Step by step
- Print or take photos of each morning step (getting dressed, breakfast, teeth, shoes).
- Put the cards in order WITH your child: this is your first great chat about the routine.
- Hang it at their eye level in the right spot (hallway, bedroom).
- Every morning, your child checks the board, does the task, then flips or moves the completed card.
- Point back to the board instead of nagging ("What does your board say after breakfast?").
- Add steps, create an evening routine, let them reset the cards every morning.
