Step by step

  1. Print or take photos of each morning step (getting dressed, breakfast, teeth, shoes).
  2. Put the cards in order WITH your child: this is your first great chat about the routine.
  3. Hang it at their eye level in the right spot (hallway, bedroom).
  4. Every morning, your child checks the board, does the task, then flips or moves the completed card.
  5. Point back to the board instead of nagging ("What does your board say after breakfast?").
  6. Add steps, create an evening routine, let them reset the cards every morning.
