Peekaboo Flap Card
A simple lift-the-flap card: a little paper flap hiding a friendly face or animal waiting for a big "PEEKABOO!". You lift it first, but baby will quickly take over, opening and closing the flap again and again to their heart's content.

Step by step
- Fold a sheet of paper to create a lift-up flap and place a bold picture underneath (a face or an animal).
- Sit down with baby and place the card in front of them with the flap closed.
- Use a curious voice to ask, "Where is the cat?" while gently tapping the flap.
- Slowly lift the flap ("PEEKABOO!") and enjoy their reaction.
- Guide baby's fingers to the flap and let them open and close it as many times as they like. If they rip it off in pure excitement, you can fold a new one in thirty seconds.
- Make a few more surprise cards with different hidden pictures.
